Some clients benefit from additional guidance when implementing lifestyle changes such as:

- navigating food sensitivities
- building sustainable health habits
Coaching support can be provided in person or online, depending on your needs.
Between-Session Support (Optional)
Some clients choose to have structured support between sessions to stay on track, ask questions, and make small adjustments as needed.
This support runs over a 4-week period following your consultation and is designed to complement your personalised plan.
This support is optional and can be discussed at the end of your initial consultation.
Light Support — R300 (4 weeks)
- 1 check-in per week (you send an update and receive a focused response with guidance)
- WhatsApp or email communication
Guided Support — R550 (4 weeks)
- 2 check-ins per week (you send updates and receive guidance and small adjustments as needed)
- WhatsApp or email communication
Check-ins are brief updates from you, and responses are focused on guiding your current plan.
All communication is structured, with responses provided within 24 hours on weekdays.
