Like many people who eventually move into the health field, my journey began with my own health challenges.
After more than a decade working in the financial services industry, I experienced a series of frustrating health issues that left me searching for answers. Despite numerous consultations and tests, I struggled to find a clear direction for improving my wellbeing.
This experience led me to explore nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and functional health approaches — initially for my own benefit, and later through formal training and certification.
Today I work as a Functional Medicine Health Coach, helping clients make sense of ongoing health concerns in a calm and structured way.
In my practice I combine:

- functional medicine principles
- non-invasive bioresonance scans
- practical lifestyle and nutrition guidance
The goal is not to fix everything at once, but to identify patterns, stabilise the system, and support the body step-by-step over time.
Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed by persistent symptoms or conflicting advice. My role is to help bring clarity, prioritise what matters most, and create a realistic plan that clients can actually implement in daily life.
